# Geoblocked US states

> US states and specific staking yields blocked due to pending litigation and regulatory action.

This list is maintained by yield.xyz, not in application code, and changes as legal and regulatory positions do. The [dashboard](https://dashboard.yield.xyz) always shows the current mandatory set for your project under Geo-blocking.

  Reasons in this list are descriptive. The dashboard shows each mandatory region with its current tag: Crypto Ban, OFAC, OFSI, Staking Ban, or Pending Litigation.

## State-level blocks

## Yield-specific blocks

Some blocks target a specific asset and provider rather than a whole state, where the asset itself is the subject of legal action.
