# Gearbox

> Supply stablecoins, WETH, or WBTC to Gearbox v3 lending pools on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Optimism and hold a dToken share.

yield.xyz integrates the passive side of Gearbox v3: you deposit an asset into a Gearbox v3 lending pool and earn interest paid by traders running leveraged Credit Accounts against that pool. You receive an ERC-4626 share token, `d`-prefixed with a `V3` suffix (for example `dUSDCV3`).

## Availability

| Network | Input tokens | Share token |
| - | - | - |
| Ethereum | USDC, WBTC, WETH, USDT, GHO, DAI | `dUSDCV3`, `dWBTCV3`, `dWETHV3`, `dUSDTV3`, `dGHOV3`, `dDAIV3` |
| Arbitrum | USDC, USDC.e, WETH | `dUSDCV3`, `dUSDCeV3`, `dWETHV3` |
| Optimism | USDC.e, WETH | `dUSDCeV3`, `dWETHV3` |

Query [`GET /v1/yields?providers=gearbox`](/api-reference/YieldsController_getYields) for the live pool list per network.

## Entering

You approve the input token and deposit it; the pool mints `dToken` shares in return. The WETH pool on each of the three networks also accepts native ETH: pass no `inputToken` (or the native symbol) and yield.xyz wraps it before depositing.

## Exiting

Exits are instant: no cooldown or withdrawal queue. Request an exit with `amount`, `shareAmount`/`shareAmountRaw`, or `useMaxAmount` for a full exit. The WETH pools unwrap the redeemed WETH back to native ETH as a follow-up transaction.

## Rewards and position

Interest accrues automatically into the share price; there is no manual claim step and no separate incentive token on any Gearbox pool.
