# slisBNB

> Stake BNB with Lista on BNB Chain to receive slisBNB, with a 7-day cooldown before claiming.

The Lista integration deposits native BNB into Lista's stake manager on BNB Chain and returns slisBNB, an exchange-rate liquid staking token.

Yield ID: `binance-bnb-slisbnb-staking`. Query [`GET /v1/yields?providers=lista`](/api-reference/YieldsController_getYields) for the current listing enabled for your project.

## Entering

Request an enter action with `amount` (minimum 0.001 BNB). The stake manager mints slisBNB at the current exchange rate. Entering can be paused at the stake manager level.

## Exiting

An exit request queues slisBNB for redemption. Lista's metadata sets a 7 day `cooldownPeriod`; once it elapses, the `CLAIM_UNSTAKED` pending action burns the queued slisBNB and releases BNB from the stake manager. Exiting can be paused independently of entering, and is gated by the same stake manager pause flag.

## Rewards and position

The slisBNB/BNB exchange rate rises as staking rewards accrue; `rewardClaiming` is automatic and there is no separate claim step for the base reward.
