# Curve

> Deposit one or more pool assets into a Curve pool and hold the pool's LP token.

yield.xyz exposes each Curve pool as a public `liquidity_pool` yield. You deposit some or all of the pool's assets, receive the pool's LP token as your position, and the LP token's value against the pool's assets rises as trading fees accrue.

<Note>
  Curve's separate lending markets (`CRV` money markets, not LP pools) are a different product, documented at [Lending › Curve](/documentation/earn/defi/lending/curve).
</Note>

## Availability

| | |
| - | - |
| Networks | Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, Avalanche C-Chain, Sonic |
| Input tokens | The pool's own assets, one to several per pool (for example a stablecoin basket, an LST/ETH pair, or a tri-crypto set) |
| Position token | The pool's LP token, returned as the yield's `token` |
| Yield ID pattern | `<network>-<lp-token-symbol>-<pool-address>-curve-lp` |

List the Curve pools enabled for your project with [`GET /v1/yields`](/api-reference/YieldsController_getYields) filtered by `providers=curve`. Enter and exit are open at all times; `status.enter` and `status.exit` are always `true` and there is no cooldown.

## Entering

The enter argument is `amounts`: an array with one entry per input token, in the same order as the yield's `tokens`. Set an entry to `"0"` to skip that asset, so you can deposit a single asset or the full basket in one action. yield.xyz adds an approval transaction ahead of the deposit for any asset that needs one.

## Exiting

The exit argument is a single `amount`: the quantity of LP tokens to burn. Burning returns the underlying pool assets to your address in a single transaction; there is no cooldown, queue, or claim step.

To value a position, read the yield's `state.pricePerShareState`, which gives the current LP share price denominated in the pool's first input token.

## Rewards and position

Yield is reflected in the LP token's price against the pool's assets, not a growing balance. Reward claiming is automatic: there is no manual claim action anywhere in this integration.
