# Superstate

> Subscribe USDC into Superstate's USTB or USCC fund on Ethereum and request off-chain redemption.

Superstate is a real-world-asset issuer with two funds on yield.xyz: USTB, an Invesco short-duration government securities fund, and USCC, a Bitwise crypto carry fund. Both share one on-chain token contract per fund with a built-in allowlist, a 100,000 USDC minimum, and a one-day redemption cooldown.

## Availability

| Fund | Network | Input token | Position token | KYC |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| USTB (Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund) | Ethereum | USDC | USTB | Required, Accredited Investor or Qualified Purchaser |
| USCC (Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund) | Ethereum | USDC | USCC | Required, Qualified Purchaser only |

List the Superstate yields enabled for your project with [`GET /v1/yields`](/api-reference/YieldsController_getYields) filtered by `providers=superstate`. Both yield IDs are static: `ethereum-usdc-superstate-ustb-vault` and `ethereum-usdc-superstate-uscc-vault`.

Both funds set `kycRequired: true`, `kycMode: external_redirect`, and `defaultPolicy: deny` on eligibility: only a fixed allow-list of countries can pass, enforced by IP at action creation as well as by the on-chain allowlist (`usPersonAllowed: true` for both). The specific country list and investor-tier requirements are exposed in each yield's `kyc.eligibility` metadata rather than reproduced here; USTB accepts either Accredited Investor or Qualified Purchaser status, while USCC requires Qualified Purchaser status specifically. See [RWA KYC](/documentation/earn/rwas/kyc) for the generic verification flow, which also covers the KYB subject type both funds require alongside individual KYC.

## Entering

The enter argument is `amount`, in USDC, with a 100,000 USDC minimum (`minimumStake`) enforced both in the module and on-chain. Entering calls the fund token's `subscribe` function directly in a single transaction. USCC orders are priced at Superstate's 5:00pm ET market-day cutoff rather than continuously; the yield's `investmentSchedule` exposes the cutoff and settlement timing. The yield's `status.enter` is `false` while the fund token contract is paused.

## Exiting

Exiting is a request, not an instant payout: the exit argument `amount`, in the position token, calls the fund token's `offchainRedeem` function, which burns the position token on-chain and queues an off-chain payout. There is no separate claim action tracked by yield.xyz; Superstate settles the redemption off-platform on the fund's advertised timeline, reflected as the yield's one-day `cooldownPeriod`. The yield's `status.exit` is `false` while the fund token contract is paused.

## Rewards and position

Yield accrues in the position token's net asset value relative to USDC; reward claiming is automatic. Which fee types you can configure on this yield is listed in `mechanics.possibleFeeTakingMechanisms`; see [Monetization](/documentation/earn/monetization).

Both yields expose `investmentSchedule` metadata for their processing windows.
