# Ethereum staking

> Native ETH staking with four dedicated-validator providers, pooled ETH via Everstake and StakeWise, liquid ETH, and POL, GRT, SNX and SUSHI staking.

Ethereum staking on yield.xyz covers native ETH staking with institutional providers, pooled ETH through Everstake and StakeWise vaults, liquid ETH receipt tokens, and native or liquid staking for several ERC-20 tokens that live on Ethereum (POL, GRT, SNX, SUSHI).

## Native and Everstake pooled ETH

Figment, P2P, Luganodes, and Validation Cloud run dedicated validators: enter with `amount` in multiples of 32 ETH (no `validatorAddress`, the provider assigns the validator), and exit with the `validatorAddress` of the validator being exited (Figment and Validation Cloud also require `signatureVerification`). Everstake is pooled: it takes deposits from 0.1 ETH and exits by `amount`.

## Pooled ETH: StakeWise vaults
