# Sonic staking

> Delegate S to a validator on Sonic with per-epoch rewards, manual claiming, and a 14-day unstaking period.

Delegate S to a validator on Sonic. Rewards accrue per epoch and are claimed or restaked manually; exiting starts a 14-day unstaking period.

## Enter and exit

Enter with `amount` and `validatorAddress`, both required. Exit with `amount` and `validatorAddress` to unstake; the unstaked balance enters a 14-day unstaking period before it can be withdrawn.

## Managing the position

| `CLAIM_REWARDS` | Claim the accrued rewards balance to the available balance |
| `WITHDRAW` | Withdraw the unstaked balance after the 14-day unstaking period |
