# TON nomination pool staking

> Stake GRAM from 10,001 GRAM in TON nomination pools, with rewards per validation round.

Stake GRAM with any available nomination pool through the Yield API. Nomination pools let you earn validator rewards without staking the 300,000+ GRAM a validator itself requires.

## Enter and exit

Enter takes `amount` and a required `validatorAddress` (the pool address). If the pool is not currently validating, the stake is credited immediately; otherwise it stays pending until the current validation round completes, within 18 hours. Exit takes the same arguments and behaves the same way: the withdrawal executes immediately if the pool holds enough GRAM, or completes at the end of the round.

<Warning>
  Each stake requires an extra 1 GRAM held back as a processing fee, and withdrawals need at least 1 GRAM of available balance to cover fees. Only the full balance can be withdrawn; partial withdrawals are not supported.

## Pool metadata

Validator entries for this yield carry extra fields beyond other staking yields:

yield.xyz blocks stakes to pools with no remaining slots, stakes above `remainingPossibleStake`, and stakes below the pool's `minimumStake`, since those transactions would fail on chain.
