When integrating Yield API, clients have two distinct options:

* Zero complexity: no vault deployment required
### 2. Optimized Allocator Vaults (OAVs)
* Fully customizable vaults built on Yield.xyz OAV infrastructure
* Enable clients to offer single-strategy or multi-strategy stablecoin vaults
* Unlock monetization through configurable fees (performance, deposit, management)
* Automate workflows including wrapping, swapping, bridging, off-ramping of incentive tokens, increased compounding, and more

## Monetization Options
For clients opting to deploy stablecoin vaults via OAVs, Yield API provides a transparent and flexible monetization model:
* **Deposit Fee**: Optional upfront fee on user deposits
* **Performance Fee**: Charged only on actual profits earned by the user
* **Management Fee**: Annual fee based on assets under management (AUM)
These fees are fully customizable and can be embedded seamlessly within your application. You can enable monetization on a per-strategy or per-user basis, depending on your business model.

## Risk Considerations
Standard DeFi risk categories apply to stablecoin yields. This section is informational — consult your compliance and risk teams for specific guidance.
Stablecoins can temporarily lose their peg, especially newer or algorithmic stablecoins. Monitor on-chain peg health and issuer reserves.
All DeFi protocols carry smart contract risk. Yield.xyz integrates only with audited protocols; however, audits do not eliminate risk. Review protocol audit reports before large allocations.
Stablecoin regulations vary by jurisdiction and are evolving. Ensure compliance with applicable laws in your operating regions.
Lending markets may have withdrawal constraints during high utilization. Verify available liquidity before large deposits or time-sensitive withdrawals.
Some stablecoins depend on centralized issuers or custodians. Evaluate issuer solvency and reserve transparency.
