¹ Pooled markets (for example Aave, Spark) lend out supplied collateral, so borrowing there counts as lending activity. Isolated markets (for example Morpho Blue), where collateral isn’t rehypothecated, may still be offered for borrow-only access in these jurisdictions, subject to legal review.
