Staking coverage is grouped the way the API groups networks: EVM networks in one list, and every non-EVM network (Solana, Tron, TON, Cardano, NEAR, Sui, Aptos, Tezos, the Substrate chains, and the Cosmos SDK chains) in the other. This mirrors GET /v1/networks’s category field (evm vs. cosmos, substrate, or misc).

EVM staking

Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain, BNB Chain, Celo, Core, Harmony, HyperEVM, Monad, Sonic, and Viction.

Non-EVM staking

Solana first, then Tron, TON, Cardano, NEAR, Sui, Aptos, Tezos, Polkadot, Kusama, Bittensor, and the Cosmos SDK chains.
Which staking yields are actually available to you is project-scoped: GET /v1/yields?types=staking,liquid_staking returns only the staking and liquid staking yields enabled for your project, not a global catalog. The pages linked above enumerate what yield.xyz has integrated; use the API to check what’s live for your project.
