The Yearn integration deposits assets into Yearn V3 vaults, which route capital across strategy vaults and auto-compound the returns. You receive a yv-prefixed ERC-4626 share that accrues value automatically.

Availability

Yearn V3 vaults are live on Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, and Katana. A small set of Yearn Strategies vaults (currently Aave V3 and Spark USDT lenders on Ethereum) uses the same share model under a separate metadata source. Query GET /v1/yields?providers=yearn for the vaults enabled for your project; per-network coverage varies by vault.
Legacy Yearn V2 yields (IDs ending in -yearn-vault) are deprecated and not part of current coverage. Don’t build new integrations against them.

Entering and exiting

Entering approves the input token (if needed) and deposits it; the vault issues yv-prefixed shares immediately. On networks where a vault’s input token is the network’s wrapped native asset (for example a WETH vault), yield.xyz also accepts the native coin and wraps it before depositing, the same pattern used by other ERC-4626 integrations. Exiting redeems shares for the underlying asset plus accrued yield in a single instant transaction; request an exit with amount, shareAmount/shareAmountRaw, or useMaxAmount for a full exit. The redeemed amount is capped to your maxRedeem or maxWithdraw balance within a small rounding margin.

Rewards and position

Yield accrues automatically into the yv-share’s price against the deposit asset; there is no manual claim step, and no Yearn vault exposes a CLAIM_REWARDS pending action.

List the live yields

Copy this request to list the Yearn yields enabled for your project. Yield IDs change as markets and networks are added, so query the API rather than hardcoding them.
