Enter and exit

Enter is two ordered transactions: a provision request that registers the deposit with Luganodes, then the on-chain stake transaction. It takes amount (required, minimum and step of 32 ETH); there is no validatorAddress on enter.

Exit takes validatorAddress (required) for the validator being exited.
