Enter and exit

Enter takes amount and a required validatorAddress (the pool address). If the pool is not currently validating, the stake is credited immediately; otherwise it stays pending until the current validation round completes, within 18 hours. Exit takes the same arguments and behaves the same way: the withdrawal executes immediately if the pool holds enough GRAM, or completes at the end of the round.

Each stake requires an extra 1 GRAM held back as a processing fee, and withdrawals need at least 1 GRAM of available balance to cover fees. Only the full balance can be withdrawn; partial withdrawals are not supported.
