Enter and exit

Enter and exit both take amount and validatorAddress, and both require additionalAddresses.cosmosPubKey alongside address. On exit, the undelegated amount unbonds for 7 days and then returns to the available balance on its own, with no separate withdraw step. Unbonding CORE earns no rewards.
