Enter and exit

Enter and exit both take amount and validatorAddress, and both require additionalAddresses.cosmosPubKey alongside address. On exit, the undelegated amount unbonds for 21 days and then returns to the available balance on its own, with no separate withdraw step. Unbonding SCRT earns no rewards.
